Sustainable

For some years already all of our Trevira CS decorative fabrics are made from recycled polyester, both pre and post consumer and we have chosen to no longer introduce any virgin polyester yarn into our collection.

Moreover, our design - R&D department is committed to constantly increasing the use of environmental friendly yarns. A good example of this we can find in hemp, the cultivation of which has a far inferior environmental impact even compared to the linen fibre.

Another example we can find in lyocell; far less impactful than traditional viscose because obtained from pulp of eucalyptus trees with limited use of chemical agents during the maceration process.
